Job Title: Platform and Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader who excels in guiding teams to achieve operational excellence.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Cultivate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Promote process maturity for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Adhere to structured ITSM workflows for change management, incident response, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery and integration.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to meet and exceed service expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience with managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and operational best practices.
  • Proven experience in process development and operational maturity.
