Meta Ads Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads professional to join our team at a prominent digital marketing agency. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing ad campaigns for clients in the Health & Wellness and Local Service industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ad Campaign Planning: Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
  • Audience Research: Conduct audience research, create lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting.
  • Ad Creative Development: Write compelling ad copy and work with the design team on creatives.
  • Experimentation: Set up A/B tests (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages).
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize for best results.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or local service niches.
  • Additional Skill: Knowledge of Google Ads (bonus).
