Job Opportunity: Product Formulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Formulation Specialist to join our production team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and refining cosmetic formulations that meet our quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulation Development: Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and refine cosmetic formulations, ensuring they meet our quality and performance standards.
  • Batch Production: Prepare, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and manufacturing procedures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and tests throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all production activities, including batch records, inventory logs, and quality control reports.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and product contamination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a professional is welcome.
  • Strong interest in cosmetics manufacturing and formulation development.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
