About the Role

Alexa Shopping Operations strives to become the most reliable source for dataset generation and annotations. As an AI Data Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the shopping experience for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to various projects involved in generating training datasets for AI models;
* Create content that generates text-based user input to power artificial intelligence;
* Validate data based on specific annotation guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the collected information;
* Perform data collection and curation, ultimately resulting in the generation of high-quality data that can be utilized for AI models;
* You will work closely with your team members and managers to drive process efficiencies and explore opportunities for automation;

About the Team

Alexa Shopping Operations is a team with a mission to help create a world-class shopping experience for Amazon customers. Our north star goal is to enable the expansion of seamless shopping experience in everyday life at voice commands by simply interacting with smart devices like Amazon Show, Spot, Echo, Dot, Tap, or Alexa on Amazon App. We work on labeling the data sets for model training and analyzing the data sets for improving customer experience. These data sets generated are consumed by engineering teams like Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning Science to develop, test, and train the Alexa models with the highest quality data for improving the shopping experience. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Gurugram, HR, IND.

Basic Qualifications
* Proficiency in both English and French (B2.2 Level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style;
* Previous experience in content or editorial writing;

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science, or similar;
* French language certification;
* Previous experience as AI trainers, knowledge of AI and NLP, artificial intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation and open AI's;
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with a keen eye for detail;
* Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and projects;
* Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving;
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment
