About the Growth Strategy Role

We're building AI that empowers traders to make informed decisions through natural conversation. As our Growth Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for driving user growth - from initial contact to active usage.

  • Promote Brand Awareness: Establish a strong presence in key trading communities like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram by actively engaging with users and providing valuable insights.
  • User Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute personalized outreach plans to identify and convert potential users, leveraging demos and other engagement tactics to drive adoption.
  • Partnership Development: Foster relationships with trading institutions, broker offices, and educational platforms to expand our reach and offerings.
  • Personalized Onboarding: Ensure new users have a seamless experience, understanding and utilizing our product effectively.
  • Community Building: Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing, engagement, and mutual support.
  • Growth Experimentation: Design and implement experiments to test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful strategies.
  • Performance Metrics Ownership: Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

  • Indian Trading Ecosystem Expertise: A deep understanding of the Indian trading landscape and its nuances.
  • User Acquisition Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring users with measurable outcomes.
  • Community Management Experience: Proven ability to build and manage communities with over 1000 members.
  • Digital and In-Person Engagement: Comfortable interacting with users through various channels, including digital platforms and in-person events.
  • Product Demonstration Skills: Ability to effectively demonstrate products to potential users.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience with growth metrics and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broker or Trading Platform Experience: Background working at a broker or trading platform.
  • Trading Community Network: Existing connections within trading communities.
  • Personal Trading or Investment Experience: Hands-on experience with trading or investing.
  • Content Creation Capabilities: Ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
