Job Description\

Marketing trainees play a pivotal role in the growth and development of a company's brand. As a full-time remote Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for executing an overall marketing strategy with independent charge. The primary focus will be on building the brand based on existing ethos and fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and enhance the brand's presence on existing platforms.\
  • Expand your knowledge of PowerPoint presentations to create engaging content.\
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels.\
  • Manage social media posts across various platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.\
  • Oversee traditional & digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth.\
  • Assist the Director in administrative tasks as needed.\

    • Preferrably have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & After Effects).\
    • Preferrably have experience with Meta Suite (Facebook & Instagram), Sales Navigator.\
    • Preferred but not mandatory is knowledge of HTML for creating mailing layouts.\
    • Exhibit excellent English communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).\
    • Hold a management graduate degree with a marketing specialization, preferably.\
    • Minimum 1 year of work experience; freshers are also encouraged to apply.\
