Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries. They will also prepare and file GST returns, ensure compliance with tax regulations, handle TDS filings, and maintain financial data using Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ICWA inter or CA Inter would be a good addition.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books for accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of GST regulations and TDS compliance.
  • Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of other accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Experience in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Understanding of payroll processing and statutory deductions.
