Job Description

This position requires an individual who can expertly manage and execute the release process from start to finish. Your duties will include creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for releases, bug fixes, and other technical information. You must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and ensure that all necessary parties are informed and prepared for any upcoming deployments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed procedures for documenting releases and bug fixes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of new features and updates;
  • Plan and coordinate high-risk deployments, ensuring that support teams are equipped to handle any potential issues that may arise;
  • Define and implement change control processes to guarantee that all changes meet established criteria prior to deployment;
  • Take ownership of the release process, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to enhance efficiency and automation;
  • Ensure alignment between SFDC scheduled updates and deployment schedules;
  • Stay up-to-date on new SFDC features and communicate relevant information to stakeholders;
  • Manage environment restoration processes to maintain healthy, synchronized environments populated with relevant data.
