Oracle JD Edwards Technical Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle JD Edwards Technical specialist to fill a critical role within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of JD Edwards solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop JD Edwards solutions using technical modules such as Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV , UDO, Processing option, Data Structure, and development life cycle.
  • Test and validate all system changes and projects to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and other support-related activities to ensure continuity and efficiency.
  • Offer second-level support for the resolution of service requests and system defects.
  • Collaborate with business users throughout the lifecycle of support calls from initiation to closure.
  • Resolve JDE level 2 application support calls logged through the help desk.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in JD Edwards technical modules.
  • 4 years of experience in report writing and data structure design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with JD Edwards reporting tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
