Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Supply Planning Expert. This role will be responsible for implementing and configuring end-to-end Oracle Demand Planning solutions, customizing the system to meet business-specific needs, and providing seamless data integration with existing business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure end-to-end Oracle Demand Planning solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems.
  • Customization: Customize Oracle Demand Planning to meet business-specific needs, taking into account unique requirements and constraints.
  • Data Integration: Support the integration of data from various sources, including external databases and legacy systems.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing, identify issues, and implement resolutions to ensure optimal system performance.
  • User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users, offering post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the system.
  • Benchmarking and Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for demand forecasting and planning, collaborating with supply chain, IT, and business teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning or similar platforms.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning, customization capabilities, and data integration principles.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (OCIS) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), are highly desirable.
