Job Title: Lead AI Product Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking and innovative product leader to drive our AI-driven products and bring them to market effectively.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to define and execute the product roadmap for AI applications. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with your colleagues to identify customer needs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer feedback and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and customer training for AI applications.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and business value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to optimize adoption and engagement.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Product Management Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications being highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product ideas and updates.
