We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to lead our technology foundation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on development expertise, cloud architecture mastery, and proven leadership skills to establish scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications.
  • Architect scalable cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance).
  • Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  • Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis).
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team.
  • Mentor & guide a growing team of developers.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy & security.
  • Drive innovation with AI/ML integrations.

Required Skills

  • Full Stack Development for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks.
  • Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL.
  • Microservices architecture design.
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis.
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk.
  • CI/CD pipelines.
  • Infrastructure as Code.
  • Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Security, IAM policies, VPC design.
