Job Title:

Amazon Connect DevOps

A seasoned professional in cloud-based contact center solutions is required to spearhead the development and implementation of efficient migration processes.

Critical in establishing and managing continuous development and migration processes across environments for AWS Connect implementations.

Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless deployment, configuration, and post-deployment validation of contact center solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Migrate complex workflows to meet business needs while ensuring a smooth user experience.
  2. Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines tailored for AWS Connect deployments.
  3. Configure AWS services for various environments during deployment activities.
  4. Maintain the integrity of data and objects not covered by CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Validate deployment packages for completeness before execution.
  6. Analyze target environments post-deployment to ensure successful implementation.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment workflows and troubleshoot issues.

About You:

We're seeking an expert in DevOps practices specific to AWS Connect with a strong background in Amazon Connect administration and development.

Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages is necessary along with a solid understanding of AWS services and their role in contact center solutions.

Excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this position.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
