Design and Implement Automation Systems

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation systems that streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating various tools into seamless workflows, replacing manual admin processes with reliable automations.

The role focuses on mapping complex business processes into structured workflows, ensuring all integrations meet compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing document automations for receipts, contracts, audit packs, and authority forms.
  • Building Slack command workflows for one-click actions, such as receipt, contract, and audit pack creation.
  • Configuring and optimizing Pipedrive CRM fields, automations, and deal stages for efficient management.
  • Automating document generation from Google Docs to PDFs and emailing them for storage in Drive.
  • Integrating DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows and automating document signing.
  • Automating Property Management tool onboarding using PropertyMe/MRI and integrating ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel funnels for lead classification via AI.
  • Developing dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensuring all workflows adhere to security, compliance, and reliability standards.
  • Providing detailed documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and training for internal users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms like Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation, particularly with Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation, including Google Docs, Drive, and Sheets.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration and ability to integrate with Property Management tools.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows, especially in finance, property, or legal industries.
  • Ops/Systems mindset to map complex business processes into structured workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and documentation habits.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven automations for lead classification and knowledge bots.
  • Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance.
  • Prior experience building error handling and monitoring dashboards.
