  5. Provides regular updates on compliance status to leadership and reports/escalates potential issues.">
  6. Manages annual Microsoft Partner compliance process, ensuring timely completion of assessments and audits.">
  7. Oversees internal use of demo tenants, user administration, and licensing management with cost analysis reporting.">
  8. Organizes and project manages internal technology resources with regular reporting and reconciliation.">
  9. Guides compliance concerns with global firm expansion.">
  10. Leads initiative to maintain Microsoft Partner specializations by monitoring metric requirements, ensuring fulfillment and renewing in a timely manner.">
  11. Collaborates with IT, legal, finance, and business teams across multiple geographies.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Security or related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk management or program management roles.">
  • Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).">
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts, policies, and data.">
  • Ability to analyze license consumption reports or audit findings and develop remediation steps.">
  • Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is beneficial.">
  • Competency in leading cross-functional projects, defining action plans, and ensuring accountability.">
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.">
