Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization.

In this role, you will provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to offer expert assistance via various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Communicating feedback and inputs to the development team
  • Assisting in quality assurance activities
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with minimal support from the development team
  • Speaking with customers to quickly identify and resolve their problems

You will also be responsible for proposing workarounds to customers when a fix is not immediately available, providing timely and accurate customer feedback, following up with clients to ensure problems are resolved, supporting the roll-out of new applications, creating procedural documentation for customers, managing multiple cases simultaneously, and evaluating new releases and proposing improvements.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in computer science or information technology, excellent communication skills, and experience working in tech support for web-based business applications with a mobile interface.
