Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking to onboard three HCs for a critical role, which is a remote position.

You will be responsible for ensuring software quality excellence through early bug detection and continuous alignment with development teams.

  • Implementing automated tests for multiple testing scenarios in the context of a wide range of country instances
  • Extending test coverage to support early detection of bugs and risks
  • Collaborating with country distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality goals
  • Proposing process improvements and driving their implementation
  • Mastery of tools and components required to perform assigned tasks
  • Following software development best practices and methodologies
  • Producing relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy

You require solid experience with automated testing, with at least 7 years of experience.

  • Knowledge of at least one software development language
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies
  • Building automated test suites for build/regression testing
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools

The following skills are highly valued:

  • Building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar tools
  • Continuous integration/deployment environment experience
  • Testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured or similar tools
