Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand identity and target audience.

  • Create engaging content (text, images, and videos) across multiple social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to optimize brand presence.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and freelance networks to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Influence without direct authority to drive results.
  • Establish and maintain efficient working relations with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in project movement activities, support team initiatives, and objectives.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and initiatives.
  • Facilitate issue resolution by working closely with cross-functional teams.

Operational Excellence:

  • Plan, execute, and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of projects that meet or exceed set quality standards.
  • Plan and monitor capacity utilization on projects and supply talent accordingly.
  • Mentor, train, and lead a team of project managers and supply leads.
  • Develop strategic knowledge to drive business growth.

Client Partnership:

  • Build strong client relationships, working closely with new and existing clients to identify their pain points and future needs.
  • Meet clients regularly in-person and be a strategic, solution-oriented partner via email and phone.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate projects from inception, driving and owning projects within specified quality, time, and pricing specifications.
  • Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Own end-to-end client delight and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and implement successful projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.

● Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and proactive approach.

● Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.

● Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

● Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

● Skilled in networking and communication across diverse functions.

● Ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with rigor.
