Job Title: Sensing Solutions Architect

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to architect and develop cutting-edge sensing solutions for consumer products. You will create innovative systems that integrate hardware and software, leading projects from concept to mass production, and inspiring a team of passionate technologists.

You will be responsible for designing and developing complex sensing systems, incorporating advanced signal processing techniques to solve real-world challenges. Your work will involve creating innovative solutions tailored to specific applications in consumer products.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Development: Define concepts and architect hardware-software-integrated solutions for MEMS-based sensing applications.
  • Algorithm Development: Focus on signal processing, machine learning, algorithm design, and statistical methods to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Coding, Documentation, Unit Testing: Develop, document, and test technical solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of skilled engineers, ensuring excellence in development processes.
  • Technical Direction: Make systematic technical decisions, providing architecture and design approaches.
  • Innovation: Research and develop innovative solutions tailored to real-world challenges in consumer products.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Expertise: Proficiency in signal processing and algorithm development, with expertise in statistical signal processing concepts and estimation filters.
  • Leadership and Organization: Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams in an Agile working environment, with effective communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • MEMS & Applications: Familiarity with MEMS sensors and applications.
  • Machine Learning: Hands-on experience and intermediate to expert-level proficiency in ML algorithms and sensor applications.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Telecommunication.
  • 8+ years of industry experience in related fields.
