Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to drive the frontend development strategy for our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling complex applications, managing high data volumes, and large user bases.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, defining frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  2. Hands-on Development: Participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks, architecting responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications.
  3. Technology Ownership: Demonstrate expertise across a range of frontend technologies and frameworks, evaluating, recommending, and driving adoption of new tools and libraries to improve productivity and performance.
  4. Quality & Performance: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines, monitoring application performance, conducting profiling, and implementing optimizations to support large-scale usage.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams, communicating progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is beneficial.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
