We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with strong hands-on expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and modules.

  • Hands-on experience as end user, power user or admin of leading EPM tools is required.
  • A strong background in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide business decisions, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, with a focus on planning, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead workshops, and drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Desired Profile:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with EPM tools, including PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis, Close and reconciliation, with 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.

Preferred Skills:

  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance background.
  • Oracle certifications in EPM or Financials.
  • Background in manufacturing, energy, or services domain.

Work Timings:

  • Flexibility to align with US business hours.
  • Availability during key milestone meetings.

  • 3+ years of experience in EPM is mandatory.
