About the Role:
Rentokil Initial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing new business opportunities in the pest control industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales and customer retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales or business development in the pest control industry (0-2 years).
