We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to lead our website projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content, including blogs, events, podcasts, and resources.
  • Design and develop new pages, landing pages, and microsites that align with business objectives.
  • Customize and manage WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both front-end and back-end.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (front-end and back-end).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar).
  • Strong design sense and ability to translate mockups into functional pages.
  • Familiarity with plugins, integrations, and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing integrations (Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Prior experience managing websites for events or professional services.
