Senior Technology Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in designing and implementing high-performance, low-latency systems that support mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing real-time distributed systems leveraging Redis.

This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building real-time, low-latency systems using Redis.
  • Implementing caching strategies, replication, clustering, and persistence in Redis for high availability and scalability.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving performance bottlenecks in real-time applications.
  • Collaborating with architects, product owners, and developers to deliver reliable, high-throughput solutions.
  • Automating deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Redis clusters in production environments.
  • Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and fault tolerance across systems.
  • Driving best practices in system design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:

- 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in RTS & Redis.

- Proven hands-on experience in Redis Cluster, Sentinel, Pub/Sub, Streams, and Lua scripting.

- Strong background in designing and building real-time, low-latency systems.

- Experience with Linux/Unix environments, performance tuning, and system-level debugging.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or Go.

- Knowledge of distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
