Job Role: Client Servicing Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive.

  • About the Role:
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing projects, and learning from experienced professionals.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering timely responses.
  • The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to understand briefs, organize deliverables, and see how great work is built from the ground up.
  • Candidates must also participate in brainstorming sessions, brand strategy discussions, and creative idea reviews, adding their voice and perspective.
  • The successful applicant will learn how to translate a brief into creative action with mentorship from senior team members.
  • Key responsibilities include tracking deliverables, approvals, and deadlines to ensure projects run smoothly and stay on schedule.
  • Candidates will also conduct market and competitor research to add context and insight to our creative approach.
  • They will observe and assist in campaign presentations, client reviews, and post-campaign reports.
  • Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience in client servicing, preferably at a creative, branding, or digital agency.
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn from senior team members.
  • Candidates must be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and a willingness to explore new tools (AI experience is a bonus but not a requirement).
  • Comfortable working with designers, writers in a hybrid setup.
