Leading Electrical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, earthing systems, and motors.
• Monitor power distribution systems up to 11KV, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Conduct regular testing and inspection of high-voltage equipment for insulation resistance, earth fault conditions, and load balancing.
• Ensure periodic testing of protective relays, circuit breakers, and other safety devices.
• Maintain logs of electric load, outages, inspection results, and safety audits.
• Train and guide electricians and helpers on electrical safety and standard operating procedures.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3–4 years full-time)
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in electrical work
• HT Supervisory License (issued by Govt. of Odisha)
• Experience in electrical installation including HT Line work

• Competitive annual CTC: ₹3.3 LPA
