Content Specialist Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist who can combine creativity, research, and sharp writing skills to bring new ideas to life. As part of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content for various formats, including promos and amplification content, microsite content and campaign collaterals, social media copies, anchor/emcee scripts for events, video content, letters and communication for high-profile dignitaries, articles and thought pieces related to content projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to develop new content concepts using insights, data, and trends.
  • Ideate and create concept notes, proposals, and approaches for content development.
  1. Promos and amplification content
  2. Microsite content and campaign collaterals
  3. Social media copies (posts, promos, campaigns)
  4. Anchor/Emcee scripts for events
  5. Video content (scripts, captions, narratives)
  6. Letters and communication for high-profile dignitaries
  7. Articles and thought pieces related to content projects
  8. Other on-ground event content as required
  • E nsure all content is aligned with the brand tone, audience interest, and campaign objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with design, marketing, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing (preferably in media, events, or digital platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in formal/news-led writing with the ability to switch between creative and structured formats.
  • Excellent command over English language and grammar; bilingual ability is a plus.
  • Ability to research, conceptualize, and develop narratives based on data and trends.
  • Prior experience in event content, social media writing, or branded content is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Digitally savvy with familiarity in using tools for content creation and collaboration.
