Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Architect to lead the design and development of our custom Layer 1 blockchain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing blockchain solutions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the architecture of our custom blockchain.
  • Implement smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and other core blockchain components.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize consensus protocols for the custom blockchain.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the security and performance of the blockchain.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in languages like Solidity, Go, or Rust.
  • Experience with blockchain security best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of various consensus mechanisms, including POS, POA, and POW.
  • Familiarity with tools like Remix, Truffle, Hardhat, and OpenSea/Rarible.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards).
