Lead Cybersecurity Model Developer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in fine-tuning and domain adapting open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) to amplify cybersecurity prowess.
  • Craft efficient data pipelines to ingest, clean, and structure cybersecurity data, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts to construct comprehensive taxonomy and structured knowledge representations, elevating security posture.
  • Drive the design and execution of tailored evaluation frameworks specific to cybersecurity tasks, ensuring accurate assessments.
  • Oversight the entire model development lifecycle, including training, inference optimization, testing, and deployment, guaranteeing seamless integration.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a team of ML engineers and researchers, fostering growth and excellence.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning, backed by a strong portfolio.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vLLM, HuggingFace Transformers, LoRA/QLoRA, and distributed training techniques, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
  • Proven track record of working with complex cybersecurity data, illustrating a deep understanding of security nuances.
  • Proficiency in Python, ML libraries, and MLOps practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience deploying models via vLLM in production environments, showcasing scalability and reliability.
