We are seeking a Tax Professional to join our team in Solapur, India.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in US individual taxation and advance their skills in tax concepts.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing moderate to complex tax returns prepared by junior associates and providing guidance and support as needed. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest tax developments and apply your knowledge to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery of tasks.

  • Display a good level of understanding of basic and moderate tax concepts on individual tax returns (1040), and continuously enhance tax knowledge through client work and staying up-to-date with tax developments.
  • Ensure to have exceptional quality and ensure timely delivery of tasks assigned to junior associates.
  • Train and assist junior associates with their questions on day to day basis.
  • Assist the team in tax research to develop a deep understanding of tax theory and principles and apply them appropriately on individual tax returns to fulfill client requirements.
  • Enhance teamwork and have the ability to communicate with teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and coaching abilities.
  • Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts, including forms like 8621, 5471, 1116, 2555, 6252, and Passthrough reporting.
  • Able to manage a team and the team's workflow.

Qualification

Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in US Individual taxation (1040)
