Senior Creative Designer

Job Title: Senior Creative Designer
Location: Noida, India
Experience: 4-6 years

This is a highly hands-on role that leads the way by doing and showing. The ideal candidate should be able to translate visual and verbal concepts and creative strategy into tangible digital designs. They must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple deliverables with minimal guidance, and maintain high quality standards.

The ability to come up with visualization ideas to help IDs, Art Directors, Project Managers, and Account Managers is crucial. They must be able to create various WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, GUIs, UIs, simulations, animations, graphics, videos, illustrations, icons, and maintain consistency in terms of style and color usage mapping to client requirements.

Clear articulation and presentation of ideas and recommendations are essential. Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, experience in using e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Raptivity, etc., is required.

Minimum qualifications include any Bachelor's degree. Experience in creating visual designs for E-learning courses and products is a must, along with minimum 4-8 years of experience in required software for designing like Flash, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Sound Forge, Basic Flash Scripting, video, and audio skills.
