Job Title

A Research Scientist is needed to join our team in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) department.

About the Role

This position involves applying pharmacometric models to support drug development and regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and applying pharmacometric models, non-linear mixed effects modelling, PBPK models, Phoenix, R, PoPK, QSP modelling or similar platforms.

The selected candidate will collaborate with clinical pharmacology, biostatistics, and other interdisciplinary teams to inform clinical trial designs and data analysis. They will also develop and implement model-based strategies to optimize dosing regimens and therapeutic outcomes.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the accuracy and quality of pharmacometric analyses and reports. Additionally, they should be able to engage with regulatory agencies and prepare regulatory submission documents related to pharmacometric analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Development: Develop and apply pharmacometric models to support drug development and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical pharmacology, biostatistics, and other interdisciplinary teams to inform clinical trial designs and data analysis.
  • Report Writing: Ensure the accuracy and quality of pharmacometric analyses and reports.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: M. Pharm (Pharmacology) / M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 5-8 years' experience or Ph.D. with 2-5 years' experience.
  • Skills: Experience with non-linear mixed effects modelling, PBPK models, Phoenix, R, PoPK, QSP modelling or similar platforms.
