We are seeking a Subject Matter Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school subjects and excellent communication skills.
The role involves managing large numbers of subject experts, working closely with other administrators as per project requirements, and ensuring the quality of questions bank for assessments is developed. The specialist will be responsible for creating content, structuring question banks, and tracking inventory levels.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Subject Matter Specialist will also be involved in monitoring SME performance, training and developing SME pools, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting lead subject administrators in delivering projects and other organizational requirements.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a broad understanding of the education system in the country, including NCERT/CBSE/Boards. They should also have experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation, test designs, and question development.
The required skills include proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken). Additionally, the candidate should have good command over verbal ability in both languages.
