Securitization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Securitization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and modeling complex financial data, developing pricing models, and contributing to the development of trade ideas.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Analyzing ABS collateral and deal structures, and where necessary, modeling cash-flows;
  • Developing and maintaining various databases, pricing tools, and deal models to track deal performance, issuance, and market/macro trends;
  • Designing queries to analyze loan- and deal-level performance; and
  • Supporting the development of our Nomura Now web platform for ABS and contributing to weekly ABS strategy publications.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the US or EU Securitization market, covering ABS/RMBS/CMBS sectors, and a strong understanding of financial markets and investment concepts. Basic programming skills in languages such as VBA/Python are also essential.

You will be working with multicultural teams and will need to be able to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines. A fast learner with good work ethics and the ability to prioritize workload and use time efficiently is required.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data and are looking to develop their skills in securitization and financial analysis. If you have 3-5 years of experience in the securitization market and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (CFA/FRM preferred), we encourage you to apply.
