We are seeking a skilled and well-presented Hair Styling Professional to join our salon, specializing in non-surgical hair solutions including hair toppers, wigs, and patches for men and women. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in hair integration systems, excel at delivering a premium client experience, and maintain impeccable grooming and professional communication.

• This is a hairstyling position that requires the ability to consult with clients, assess their hair loss needs, and recommend suitable solutions (toppers, wigs, patches)
• Skillfully fix, adjust, trim, and style hair systems for a natural, comfortable look

This hairstylist role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of salon hygiene, personal appearance, and tool sanitization.

• Consult with clients to understand their hair loss concerns and preferences
• Expertly apply, fix, and style various types of hair systems, including toppers, wigs, and patches
• Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to meet each client's unique needs
• Educate clients on product care, styling techniques, and aftercare routines
• Maintain accurate records and manage client information efficiently
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Prior experience in hairstyling, hair replacement, or related salon roles
• Strong technical skills with toppers, wigs, and patch application/customization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent and well-spoken
• Ability to empathize and consult sensitively with clients dealing with hair loss
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, reassuring, and discreet client environment
