**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Regional Recruitment Representative to join our growing Overseas team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for expanding our international recruitment channels, planning marketing and recruitment strategies, and negotiating terms of engagement with recruitment partners.

You will also provide training to agents and their staff, keep agent contacts engaged through regular communication, and participate in education fairs to promote our partner institutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure recruitment partner quality and increase the volume of international applicants to meet semester targets.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Planning and executing marketing and recruitment strategies to expand international recruitment channels
  • Negotiating terms of engagement with recruitment partners and providing training to agents and their staff
  • Keeping agent contacts engaged through regular communication and participating in education fairs to promote partner institutions
  • Ensuring recruitment partner quality and increasing the volume of international applicants to meet semester targets

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., education, marketing, sales)
  • 3-5 years of experience in international student recruitment or education industry, with a focus on Canada markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to cultural differences
  • Ability to convey reports and updates to the department, director, and recruitment partners
  • Ability to build and develop effective relationships with clients and team members
