Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to create innovative and user-centered designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Champion design consistency by establishing and maintaining design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
