Piping Stress Engineer Role

As a Piping Stress Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and analysis of piping systems for technology projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that piping systems meet industry standards and project specifications.

  • Perform stress analysis of piping systems to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide engineering solutions and support project execution.
  • Conduct structural analysis of piping components and support structures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, and other relevant project documents.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
  • Interface with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience of 10-15 years in Piping stress Analysis.
  • Graduate in B.Tech./ B.E.(Mechanical).
  • Comfortable in travelling for work.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software for stress analysis (e.g., Caesar II).
  • Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, EN, BS etc.).
