We're a fast-paced marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands thrive through strategic campaigns and automations.

We're looking for a skilled Designer who can turn brand strategy into compelling emails and ads.

If you have a passion for designing for direct-to-consumer brands, a keen eye for layout and typography, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life without sacrificing professionalism—then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop strong visual layouts from briefs
  • Create reusable components and Figma templates for efficient future execution
  • Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout, and design principles
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the DTC space

Requirements:

  • 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands
  • Proficiency in Figma is essential
  • Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color theory
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction and deliver polished work efficiently
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
  • Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
  • Desirable: You care about performance metrics, not just aesthetics
