Job Description:

As a Junior Anesthesiology Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the anesthesiology team in a healthcare setting.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the operating room and anesthesia equipment for surgical procedures, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and functioning properly.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the assessment of patients prior to anesthesia administration, including measuring vital signs and reviewing medical histories to ensure patient safety.

During procedures, you will assist in the administration of anesthesia to patients, monitoring their vital signs and notifying the anesthesiologist of any changes or adverse reactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Completion of a certified anesthesiology technician program
  • Certification in basic life support (BLS) and CPR
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
