Job Title: Social Media Executive

At Honasa Consumer Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Execute Social Media Campaigns: Develop and execute social media calendars, personal guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities to optimize our presence on all relevant social media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Conceptualize and execute social media content as per our page guidelines, working closely with our Creative Team to visualize ideas and create engaging content for various social media channels.
  • Competitor Benchmarking: Identify fellow founders and celebs, map progress against the identified competition, and create post boost plans with targeting options and placements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of key social media trends, competition brand activities, and emerging social media marketing technologies and benchmarks.
  • Monitor Page Sentiment: Monitor page sentiment among followers and collaborate with influencer management agencies to identify campaigns, shortlist, and create collaboration plans and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Prior experience of minimum 1 year as a Social Media Executive/Community Manager.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn; familiarity with social media tools and paid social media advertisement; proficiency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills; exceptional time-management and organizational skills; a keen eye for details; and an analytical mind with problem-solving attitude.
