Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Strategist to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI-focused campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and website updates to engage target audiences.
  • Drive lead generation and nurturing campaigns aligned with sales and business goals through data-driven insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM, and lead nurturing campaigns.
