Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Professional to design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, expertise in Generative AI, and hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing, developing, and implementing Generative AI models and applications, including those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
  2. Developing and integrating Agentic AI systems, focusing on intelligent decision-making and autonomous task execution.
  3. Utilizing and optimizing AI frameworks such as PyTorch, Langchain, LangGraph, SpaCy, and DSPy for various AI tasks.
  4. Building and maintaining robust APIs using Flask and FastAPI to serve AI models and integrate with other systems.
  5. Deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  6. Containerizing applications using Docker for efficient deployment and management.
  7. Working with various indexing technologies to optimize data retrieval and search capabilities for AI applications.
  8. Conducting thorough LLM evaluation and fine-tuning to ensure optimal performance and mitigate biases.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Programming Languages: Python (Mandatory)
  • Generative AI: Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models (Mandatory)
  • Agentic AI: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI principles and frameworks (Mandatory)
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS (Mandatory), Azure (Desirable)
  • AI Frameworks & Tools: PyTorch (Mandatory), Langchain, LangGraph, SpaCy, DSPy
  • Machine Learning Fundamentals: Strong theoretical and practical understanding of core ML concepts (Mandatory)
  • Web Frameworks: Flask (Mandatory), FastAPI (Mandatory)
  • Containerization: Docker
  • Search & Indexing: Experience with at least one indexer (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr, Pinecone, FAISS)
  • API Development: Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
  • LLM Evaluation: Experience with evaluating and fine-tuning Large Language Models
