Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
  • System Design and Architecture: Design and develop scalable, distributed systems using cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Data Engineering and ML: Build efficient data pipelines and apply machine learning techniques to enhance ad targeting and measurement.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovation within the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Scala, or C++.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Expertise in DevOps technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data engineering skills using Spark is preferred.
  • Exposure to building Pub/Sub mechanism for message flow is a plus.
  • Applied machine learning, analytics, and business intelligence experience is also a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
