Senior Murex Implementation Expert

As a seasoned Murex implementation expert, you will lead and manage teams to deliver successful upgrade programs from offshore locations. With 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations, you will oversee project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Initiation, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Completion
  • Stakeholder Communication, Management, and Relationship Fostering
  • Risk Identification, Tracking, and Mitigation
  • People Management, Resource Allocation, and Governance Setup
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Murex Architecture and end-to-end processes
  • Subject Matter Expertise in at least one Murex Module (MxML, Back Office Workflows or Front Office)
  • Excellent leadership, management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Offshore Delivery Management experience
  • Team Management experience
  • Project management tools exposure (Jira etc.) and Scrum certification

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Murex project management and program management is required, with expertise in MxML, back office workflows, datamart reporting, or front office modules. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive projects forward.
