Bioprocessing Expert

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bioprocessing Expert to support upstream process development, process scale-up, and process characterization for mAb manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish scalable and robust processes to meet desired product yield and quality
• Assess risk and implement mitigation strategies during process development and scale-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss technical aspects of process development, technology transfer, and process improvement
• Participate in technology transfer activities and ensure timely delivery of program timelines

Requirements:

• Omic technologies: Metabolomics, Metabolic Flux Analysis
• Bioprocess modeling: Metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactors or cells
• CFD: Computational fluid dynamics for better understanding and simulation of bioreactor mixing
