Job Title: Internal Audit Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct internal audits in accordance with company guidelines. This role involves assessing internal controls, risk management processes, and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to resolve issues identified during audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CA, or CIA certification preferred).
  • At least 9-10 years of experience in senior auditor positions.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of auditing processes and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • This role is based at our Head Office with occasional travel for on-site audits.
  • May require working under tight deadlines and handling multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
