We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Prepare baking ingredients and follow traditional and modern recipes to create a variety of pastries and baked goods
• • Monitor stock levels, maintain kitchen cleanliness and orderliness, and assist in the decoration and presentation of finished products
• • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld in the workspace

Qualifications:

• • Proven pastry baking, cake decoration, and dessert making skills
• • Experience in following and adjusting recipes to meet quality and presentation standards
• • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety protocols
• • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior chefs
• • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• • Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus
• • Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen environment
• • Attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation to drive customer satisfaction
