**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented electronics assembly specialist to perform through-hole and surface mount soldering on PCBs using manual soldering tools and equipment.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble, rework, and inspect electronic components in compliance with IPC standard.
  • Operate soldering irons, re-flow ovens, hot air tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform rework and repair of defective boards as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IPC soldering standards is preferred.
