Key Analytics Position

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration (20%):
    • Collaborate with data teams to understand data needs and requirements.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive data analysis plans to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into operational processes.
  • Data Modeling & Governance (30%):
    • Design and maintain effective data models to support analytics and reporting.
    • Develop dimensional models and star schemas to organize retail data effectively.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into efficient data structures.
  • Quality Management & Assurance (20%):
    • Develop and implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems.
    • Lead root cause analysis of data quality issues and implement preventive measures.
    • Provide training and support to team members on data quality best practices.
  • Project Management & Leadership (30%):
    • Oversee end-to-end analytics projects from initiation to delivery.
    • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation strategies.
